The reason for this phenomenon is that the bigger the crane tonnage is, the bigger the slewing bearing diameter is, the lower the manufacturing accuracy is, and the safety factor is actually lower, so it is more vulnerable to damage. 。 As far as possible, the safety factor of the slewing bearing can be increased appropriately in the design, and the thickness of the plate at the connecting part of the turntable and the slewing bearing can be increased appropriately, so as to improve the structural stiffness of the slewing bearing and its bearing capacity.
3. When a new product is idling, the slight abnormal sound will disappear naturally after several dozen turns. If it does not disappear, it may be caused by slight deformation of slewing bearing in the course of transportation, but if the operation is flexible and normal, it can be safely installed and used, and it will disappear naturally after a period of time.
